Tallest buildings in Hyderabad

The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Tower (abbreviated as APIIC Tower) is a 100 storeys, 450 m supertall skyscraper approved for construction in Hyderabad, India. It will be the tallest building in India on completion.
The tower is to be part of the business district in the Manchirevula suburb of Hyderabad. The tower will have corporates, hotels, and other establishments. The state government has set up this special trade development project as an exception to the city limit at 30 floors. Reliance Infrastructure has won the contract to construct this 64 billion project.

At over 90 stories in height, Lanco Signature at Lanco Hills SEZ, located at Manikonda village had planned to be a beautiful World’s Tallest Residential Tower. Of late, we have heard of the problems the builders are facing with its approvals and permissions. The building is planned in a project spread over 100 acres.

For the first time, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority has given approval to construct a 30-storey project by Aliens Group (www.aliensgroup.in) in Hyderabad. This approval is considered a landmark achievement in the history of Hyderabad real estate as it going to be the tallest residential complex ever in the Hitech City, which was once known as city of nawabs.

Located in Gachibowli, the IT& Financial district, this 30-storied residential complex named Aliens Space Station 1, is coming up in more than 20 acres of land with nearly 80% of remaining area as landscaped greens. Expected to go up to a height of 87 meters, this residential development will house 2182 apartments including duplexes and penthouses.
